About Authorisation Portal
The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) is introducing the Authorisation Portal under the Telecommunication Act, 2023 to replace the legacy framework for telecom operators in India under the name 'Authorisation Rules'.

Yes, applicable administrative and authorisation fees may apply as per the Telecommunication Authorisation Rules. Registration itself is free.
Use the “Forgot Password” option on login page to reset your password. Verification will happen using registered email/mobile OTP.

Yes. You can track the status of complaints/grievances from “Support” section inside the portal using the grievance reference number.
